The business that most often needs document destruction is a bank. People’s social security numbers, account numbers, and other personal information is on documents and papers all over a bank. It is better to just throw away some of these papers than to keep them on hand, but that means that there needs to be a way to securely destroy these documents. It is also much better for the environment if paper is shredded and then recycled. No one wants to cut down more trees, so why not help in every way possible? Once the confidential information is shredded it is more than safe for it to be recycled. This recycled paper can then be used in a wide variety of paper products for many years to come.
